PRINCIPLES OF PROCESSING CUSTOMER DATA
This document defines the purposes, composition, processing and confidentiality of the processing of customer data at the disposal of PW Trade OÜ.

WHO IS A CUSTOMER?
A person who has entered into a contractual relationship with PW Trade OÜ. Customer data is any information that PW Trade OÜ knows about its customer (e.g. customer name, contact details, transaction details).

WHAT IS CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSING?
Customer data processing is any operation performed with customer data (including collecting, recording, organising, storing, modifying, disclosing, providing access to customer data, making queries and extracts, using, transferring, cross-using, combining, closing, deleting and destroying customer data).

WHO IS A CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSOR?
The processor of customer data is PW Trade OÜ (Hansu tee 19, 74001, Metsakasti, Harju County). PW Trade OÜ forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

COMPOSITION OF CUSTOMER DATA PROCESSED
PW Trade OÜ collects customer data in the following composition:
first and last name;
contact details;
transaction data (data on purchases made by the customer)
all data transmitted by the customer (except for sensitive personal data), including the right for PW Trade OÜ to record the Customer's orders given via all means of communication (e.g. telephone and computer network).

WHAT IS THE PURPOSE OF PROCESSING CUSTOMER DATA?
PW Trade OÜ processes customer data in order to fulfill the contract concluded with the customer.

IN WHICH CASES DOES PW TRADE OÜ DISCLOSE CUSTOMER DATA?
Customer data is confidential, it is not issued and access to it by third parties is not allowed without the prior consent of the Customer, except in cases prescribed by law. The Data Processor has the right to share the personal data of the Customers with third parties, such as authorized data processors, accountants, transport and courier companies, companies providing transfer services. The Data Processor is the controller of personal data. The Data Processor forwards the personal data necessary for making payments to the authorized processor Maksekeskus AS.

When processing and storing the personal data of the data subject, the Data Processor implements organizational and technical measures that ensure the protection of personal data against accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, disclosure and any other unlawful processing.

HOW DOES PW TRADE OÜ USE CUSTOMER DATA IN PROVIDING SERVICES?
PW Trade OÜ sends offers and reminders to Customers. The Customer has the right to contact PW Trade OÜ at any time to notify them of their wish not to receive personal offers.

HOW TO CHANGE YOUR CUSTOMER DATA AND REQUEST TERMINATION OF THEIR PROCESSING?
The customer has the right to access his customer data by contacting rockingundies@gmail.com or by phone (+372)5670 3333. If the customer data has changed or is incorrect for any other reason, the customer must also notify us by email rockingundies@gmail.com or by phone (+372) 5670 3333. The customer has the right to demand termination of the processing of his data and/or deletion of the collected data, if the corresponding right arises from the Personal Data Protection Act or other legislation.

FINAL PROVISIONS

These data protection terms have been drawn up in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), the Personal Data Protection Act of the Republic of Estonia, and the legislation of the Republic of Estonia and the European Union.

The data processor has the right to partially or completely amend the data protection terms by informing data subjects of the changes via the website (www.rockingundies.ee).
